With so much misinformation out there, it’s confusing and frustrating. Who wants to spend their time and money on another diet that doesn’t work?
After years of riding this roller coaster that destroyed my energy, and health. I decided enough was enough and I needed to stop the madness.

With education and research, I discovered that as we age and start to enter menopause our hormones become unbalanced, stopping weight loss in its tracks!
I decided to get back to basics and incorporate hormonal balancing strategies, that would honor my health instead of destroying it. I started calling it the FLY Girl Method. FLY means First Love Yourself because that’s exactly what led to my success. Loving myself enough to get to the root cause of the problem.
