I am a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and weight loss specialist certified through NASM, the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I have inspired and empowered hundreds of women with

I started my journey into health, fitness, and weight loss as a Flight Attendant for a major airline, attracting women who needed help maintaining their weight and energy as busy women on the go with hectic lifestyles that included balancing work and family.

Today I bring women in midlife the skills to integrate proven daily methods to stay healthy, fit, calm, and balanced through life's storms that threaten to derail us mentally and physically especially when the whole world wants our attention.
